Stephanie HutchinsStephanie Hutchins has 30 years of experience in health care and now has her Personal Trainers Certificate. Her goal is to go to individual’s homes to help motivate them to keep active, which in turn will improve the quality of their life.
Stephanie is constantly performing continuing education. She has recently added a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) to her list of ongoing continuing education. This accreditation has given her the advanced ability to evaluate and treat a client's muscle strength and weakness and determine how that effects the functional movements. Exercise programs at your home, when you need it.As a PTA, Stephanie has seen a lack of follow through with home exercise programs, which leads to repeat injuries. Also, there are many people who can't get to a gym or outpatient PT for many different reasons. Now as a personal trainer Stephanie can fill that gap by coming to your home and help you stay self-motivated and accountable for exercise routines.

When I saw how much my husband was benefiting from his workout sessions under Stephanie's encouraging and expert direction, I decided that I could also become more flexible and gain in strength and overall fitness. So many older people give UP on exercise because they find it boring and so repetitive. Not with Stephanie. You will be amazed at all the different devices she brings to aid in your overall fitness. Stephanie works on balancing techniques. flexibility training as well as working on all the muscle groups. Stephanie is very professional, friendly and cheerful.
